This face mask is made with three layers of fabric. The external layer fabric is made of high dense weave blend of polyester and cotton with a water repellent treatment. Treatment will wash away after ~10 washes, but fabric will still retain some water resistance. The inner layers are made of muslin cotton weave which is a less dense weave to allow for extra breathability. It is washable and reusable.

These masks are pretty breatheable and relatively comfortable. Although the ear straps are adjustable which is awesome, my ears do not Lovet the cord-like strap over the course of a long day. But I would rate it 8/10 and recommend it for other adults. The fabric is very nice and the masks have a packet for a filter to be added.

I ordered 2 of these masks for my husband and I (who have very different face shapes and sizes) and we both love them. They are comfortable, breathable and adjust really easily for a comfortable fit. They also look nice and don’t wrinkle from washing like the home sewed masks friends have made for us do.

I find the fit is great for me, I can breathe through it and it is soft and sleek. It could almost be considered basic black and dressy even. In my photo I am super tired and didn't really have it adjusted properly but I am a small person and the elastic sides have an adjustable button on it that will work for a small frame or a larger head. I suspect a child should even wear this mask up to a larger man. If you want to slip your filter in and out it is easy to do. I have bought so many masks trying to find ones I like and this is one of my very favorites so far.
